Maintenance Requests

  • All maintenance requests MUST be logged by tenants as a Tenant Request
  • Your username and password will be sent to you via email.
  • Once a request is made, it will be brought to the attention of the Owner
  • Each request will be authorized or declined on its own merit
  • Once authorized, the Owners Representative will assist with schedules & work

Please note:

  • Tenants are responsible for keeping apartments in the same condition they are received
  • Requests are processed during office hours.
  • Requests are considered only for issues within the apartment, not the building
  • Any issue with the building must be brought directly to the Building Management
  • Requests are handled as quickly as possible
  • Independent contractors are used for maintenance. Tenants are responsible for arranging suitable times and access to the apartment so that maintenance work can be conducted.
  • Standard & Emergency service numbers are provided and must be contacted directly
