Repair Notification & Rectification Process
Will be handled via the Owners Representative
Property Administration Manager
- All maintenance requests MUST be logged by tenants as a Tenant Request
- Your username and password will be sent to you via email.
- Once a request is made, it will be brought to the attention of the Owner
- Each request will be authorized or declined on its own merit
- Once authorized, the Owners Representative will assist with schedules & work
- Tenants are responsible for keeping apartments in the same condition they are received
- Requests are processed during office hours.
- Requests are considered only for issues within the apartment, not the building
- Any issue with the building must be brought directly to the Building Management
- Requests are handled as quickly as possible
- Independent contractors are used for maintenance. Tenants are responsible for arranging suitable times and access to the apartment so that maintenance work can be conducted.
- Standard & Emergency service numbers are provided and must be contacted directly
