JML is the only property company in Macau that has an international team comprising of native Cantonese, English, Portuguese and Mandarin speakers. The team members also speak a range of second languages from Europe and Asia.

How JML Property Started
The property business started with Property Renovation as Juliet, one the founders of the company, renovated private homes for clients who lived in Macau or kept a weekend property here.
As more properties were renovated, owners requested management services that they could not find elsewhere, and later when the demand for rental properties started rising, companies approached JML to find rental apartments for colleagues and friends.
As JML grew, owners and investors who wanted to increase their property portfolio in Macau came to us to help them find investment property, and the whole ‘turnkey’ process of delivering a ready made, hassle free investment was born.
Property Sales & Investment
To date, JML has closed over $550,000,000 in property sales transactions with sellers & buyers. We act in the best interest of our clients when they are buying and selling.
Property Rentals
As of mid 2012, JML has closed more than 1,250 rental transactions with owners & tenants. Again, we act in the best interests of our clients, and only rent apartments that we would be prepared to live in ourselves.
Owner & Investor Services
JML manages over $800,000,000 of property assets in Macau. We are the only property company that offer professional property management services to owners, and have a dedicated owner services team.
Interiors & Renovations
By the end of 2011, JML has completed more than $15,000,000 of interior & renovation projects throughout Macau.
Offices
JML Property main office is conveniently located in central Taipa on the entrance road to 'Taipa Village'. The offcie is close to major buildings such as 'The Manhattan', 'Kingsville' and 'The Buckingham'.
We also have a showroom in Macau located just beside the staircase of the famous Ruins of St.Paul, and an Admin office on Coloane Island.
